LARRY MURPHY
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Larry Murphy co-founded Fullstream in 2016 and serves as President & Chief Executive Officer and Director. Larry is an accomplished leader with over twenty years of management experience and fifteen years of experience in the energy industry.

Prior to Fullstream, Larry was a founding member of Howard Energy Partners where he served in various executive leadership roles, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. While at Howard, Larry helped to grow the company’s midstream operations from one business with less than fifteen employees to fourteen businesses with over 175 employees. Larry was also instrumental in growing and exiting Howard’s pipeline construction and oilfield services business in 2012. Prior to Howard, Larry represented energy clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and public offerings at Latham & Watkins and Vinson & Elkins. Prior to law school, Larry practiced public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Larry is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. He is licensed in Texas as an attorney and as a certified public accountant.

CLINT SODERSTROM
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Clint Soderstrom co-founded Fullstream in 2016 and serves as Chief Commercial Officer and Director. With more than thirteen years of experience in business development and management roles across multiple basins, Clint has a unique ability to identify and optimize strategic, value-adding opportunities. He has proven expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams, providing strategic direction to maximize engineering, operational and commercial impact.

Prior to Fullstream, Clint served as Vice President of Business Development for EQT Midstream. Clint was a key contributor to the development and execution of EQT Midstream’s strategy to transition from a utility into a $5 billion market cap publicly traded MLP. Prior to EQT Midstream, Clint held various business development roles with Williams.

Clint is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science, Finance degree and a graduate of The University of Tulsa College of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. He is licensed as an attorney in Oklahoma.

MIKE HOPKINS
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mike Hopkins joined Fullstream in December 2016 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. With over twenty five years in the energy industry, Mike is an established leader with a proven track record of operations, engineering and project management and is recognized for his ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across a wide range of assets.

Prior to joining Fullstream, Mike served as Vice President of Midstream for Vantage Energy where he led all business, engineering and operational aspects of Vantage’s midstream affiliate, Vista Gathering, until Vantage was sold to Rice Energy in late 2016. Prior to Vantage, Mike spent over twenty years in various engineering, construction and operational roles at Williams.

Mike graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in economics. Mike is a licensed professional engineer.

ERIK LARSEN
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Erik Larsen joined Fullstream in September 2016 as Director of Business Development. Erik has more than 20 years midstream and upstream commercial and business development experience in multiple on-shore basins. Erik uses his upstream and midstream experience to facilitate customer understanding of midstream value drivers to derive the best economic outcome for both parties.

Prior to joining Fullstream, Erik served as Manager of Business Development for Superior Pipeline Company where he identified and pursued more than $2.3 billion of greenfield projects and acquisition opportunities. Prior to Superior, Erik held various commercial leadership and energy marketing roles with Williams and Samson Resources Company.

Erik received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Oklahoma State University.

KARIANN ALEXANDER
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Kariann Alexander joined Fullstream in December 2017 and serves as vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Fullstream, Kariann worked at Howard Energy Partners where she served as Vice President of Accounting and Financial Reporting. Kariann’s leadership skills allowed her to assist with the growth of the company from 2 businesses and 15 employees in 2011 to 20 business units with 200+ employees in 2017. Kariann was instrumental in the monetizing of an oil field services company in 18 month. Prior to Howard, Kariann held various accounting and management positions where she was responsible for process improvement, system implementation and transaction integration
projects. Kariann has over 2o years of progressive accounting and management experience.

Kariann is a graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is licensed in Texas as a certified public accountant.

TIM SPEICHER
VICE PRESIDENT OF CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Tim Speicher joined Fullstream in January 2019 as Vice President of Corporate Development and is responsible for identifying investment opportunities that meet Fullstream Energy’s return goals.

Mr. Speicher has over 30 years of oil and gas industry experience.  Prior to joining Fullstream, he worked for Canyon Midstream Partners, Williams Companies, Amerada Hess (Hess), and Cities Services (Occidental Petroleum).

While with Canyon Midstream, Mr. Speicher commercially supported the successful development of the 200 MMCFD Redcliff G&P system in the Oklahoma STACK play.  At Williams, Mr. Speicher was responsible for the development of strategic initiatives and new basin entry opportunities.  Mr. Speicher created over $2B in shareholder value for Williams by successfully creating what is known today as the Susquehanna Supply Hub in northeastern Pennsylvanian.  Prior to Williams, Mr. Speicher worked in and managed Hess U.S. Onshore Outside Operated properties. At the time, this represented nearly 25% of Hess’ net production and operating profits.

Mr. Speicher graduated from Niagara University with a B.S. in Business Management.
